OLSEN, Justice.
Appeal by plaintiff from an order denying her motion for a new trial.
The decedent, Eli Kovich, was insured under an employe’s group insurance policy in the defendant Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He was employed by Orwell Iron Company in mining operations in St. Louis county. He died June 1, 1930. Pickands Mather & Company was the operating manager of the Orwell company and other mining companies.
