A. C. Kelly as the duly appointed and qualified executor of the estate of Thomas Giles, deceased, filed a petition in which he made Mrs. Henrietta B. Phillips, Mrs. Jessie Willis, and Mrs. Minnie Garrison, defendants. He also made the persons constituting the Commissioners of Walton County and the President of the Fifth District Agricultural & Industrial School parties plaintiff.
