Harbin v. Ohio Dep't. of Mental Health

On March 26, 1987, plaintiff, Sharon Harbin, filed a complaint in the Ohio Court of Claims naming as defendants the Ohio Department of Mental Health ("department"), Cambridge Mental Health Center, and Marsha Keadle ("Keadle"). Plaintiff had been an employee since 1978 with the department. More specifically, plaintiff had been employed as a technical typist at the Cambridge Mental Health Center.
