Appellants Continental Insurance Company (“Continental”) and Hartford Insurance Company (“Hartford”) (collectively: “C & H” or “appellants”) challenge the district court’s summary judgment ruling under New York law that damage from flooding was not covered under the insurance policy issued by Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company (“Arkwright” or “appellee”).
