HOLLAND, Justice:

This is an appeal from the Family Court of the State of Delaware in and for New Castle County. The Family Court ruled that the child support obligation of the respondent-appellee, Wade R. Turner (“Fa ther”), 1 should be calculated by using the Melson Formula. In this appeal, the petitioner-appellant Charlotte C. Turner (“Mother”) contends that the Family Court erred in holding that she had not rebutted the presumptive applicability of the Melson Formula.
