The issue presented on this appeal is whether the trial court properly denied defendant corporation’s motion to dismiss on the grounds of insufficiency of service of process.
Where a civil action is commenced by issuance of summons and an order extending the time to file a complaint, the summons and the court’s order are to be served in accordance with the provisions of G.S. 1A-1, Rule 4.
