The plaintiff, Matthew Corrigan, brought this lawsuit, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against the District of Columbia and over twenty named and unnamed officers of the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”), seeking damages for violation of his Fourth Amendment rights arising from a warrantless search of his home on February 3, 2010. See generally Compl., ECF No. 1; First Am. Compl. (“FAC”), ECF No. 11.
