CERCONE, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order of the court below denying appellant Kenneth Andreas’ petition to terminate his obligation to support appellee’s minor child. The unique events giving rise to this appeal are as follows. In January of 1968, appellant arrived in Germany as a member of the United States Army. Shortly after his arrival appellant met and engaged in sexual relations with the appellee. Appellee was unmarried at the time, but was the mother of two illegitimate children.
