PER ’ CURIAM.
This is an action instituted by the plaintiffs in error in the d’strict court of Lincoln county, Okla., against the defendant in error to set aside a judgment and order foreclosing a real estate mortgage in said county, alleging that said judgment and order and all proceedings thereunder were procured by fraud and that the affidavit to obtain service of summons was insufficient to confer jurisdiction on the trial court.
