Village of Villa Park v. Wanderer's Rest Cemetery Co.

This is a proceeding instituted in the circuit court of DuPage county by appellants, the village of Villa Park, a municipal corporation, and Magdalena Junk, seeking to restrain appellees from establishing or dedicating a cemetery within one mile of the corporate limits of the village of Villa Park.
