CLARK, Presiding Judge.
This is a workmen’s compensation case in which appellant, Gwendolyn Garrett, has pursued judicial review of a decision by the Industrial Commission denying her claim for benefits under § 287.240, RSMo 1978 on account of the death of her husband, Robert Lee Garrett, Jr. The sole question in this case is whether the death of Garrett, an employee of Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, arose out of and in the course of his employment.
