This is a proceeding for declaratory judgment brought by the Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange seeking a determination as to whether its policy of insurance issued to the Automobile Club of Missouri afforded the Auto Club’s employee, appellant Mark Oberreither, liability coverage in a suit brought by another employee, appellant David Bevel, for injuries sustained in an automobile accident involving a vehicle leased to Auto Club and driven by Ober-reither.
