Appellant Matthew Scott Diehl ("Appellant") appeals from the judgment of sentence of 9 ½ to 19 years' imprisonment after a jury convicted him of Homicide by Vehicle while DUI, Homicide by Vehicle, Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury, DUI General Impairment 3rd, Duty of Driver in Emergency Response Area, and DUI High Rate 3rd. Appellant was found not guilty of Third Degree Murder.
