Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered December 5, 1973, convicting him of criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the third degree (two counts), possession of implements adapted and used to administer narcotics and possession of a dangerous weapon, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal also brings up for review an order of the same court, dated September 6, 1973, which denied defendant’s motion to suppress evidence, after a hearing.
