Appeal from, an order of the County Court of Essex County (Meyer, J.), entered April 26, 2007, which granted defendant’s motion to suppress certain evidence.

In January 2006, defendant, an emergency dispatcher for the Town of Ticonderoga, Essex County, was arrested and charged with the crimes of endangering the welfare of a child, sexual abuse in the third degree and unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree.
