HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal by Murl Lusher from an order by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) affirming the decision of an appeals tribunal, which determined that he was disqualified for unemployment benefits by reason of his voluntary separation from work on August 26,1997. Lusher raises two points on appeal.
