OPINION

LEE ANN DAUPHINOT, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant Thomas Black of the possession of at least four grams of methamphetamine but less than 200 grams, with the intent to deliver. The trial court sentenced him to forty years’ confinement. Appellant brings five issues on appeal, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence linking him to the contraband and contending that the trial court should have suppressed evidence that Appellant argues was illegally seized and that the trial court abused its discretion by admitting the hearsay contents of the cell phone found on Appellant’s person.…
