Appeal from Tama Disti'ict Court. . These are actions in chancery brought to set aside deeds made upon tax sales of certain lands in Grundy county. The first cause involves the title to sections 26 and 35, T. 87, N. R. 16; the second, sections 27 and 34, and the third, section 36, all in the same township and range. — -The relief claimed in the three cases is the same, namely, the setting aside of certain tax deeds upon different lands, and is claimed in each case upon nearly the same state of facts, which, it is insisted, avoids the title of the defendant to the property in question. It is enough to say of the pleadings that they put in issue the sufficiency of the proceedings and conveyances un<Jer which defendant claims title.
