This is a writ of error to the Supreme Court. The plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the trucking business and its president is Thomas Orr. The suit is on a policy of indemnity, called a theft or burglary policy, whereby the defendant agreed to indemnify Thomas Orr during a certain period subject to certain “special and general agreements, terms and conditions” in the policy contained, “which are to be construed as co-ordinate and precedent to any recovery” under the policy.
