MODIFIED MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
ROBINSON, District Judge.
This case presents a question of whether the causes of action brought by a plaintiff who was injured on the job are proper. Plaintiff claims she was denied health benefits and compensation payments despite an agreement with Defendants. Plaintiff further claims the doctor whose report led to the denial is liable. Defendants have moved to dismiss many of the Plaintiffs state law claims and her claim for punitive damages.
