Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was convicted, by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial, of four specifications of wrongful distribution of cocaine and one specification of wrongful possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 912a (1988) [hereinafter UCMJ].
