Defendant-appellant, the Bauer Company (“Bauer”), appeals from the judgment of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, following a jury trial in which Bauer was found liable to plaintiffs-appellees, Kenneth and Debbie Romp (“the Romps”), on their claims of fraudulent inducement, punitive damages and attorney fees. The jury also found Bauer hable to defendant-appellee, D.
