Plastic Film Corporation of America, Inc. (“PFC”), an Illinois corporation, sues several foreign corporations (the “Miller corporations”) and their sole shareholder and officers, Ellen and Douglas Miller. PFC brings claims against the Miller corporations for accounts stated, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment (Counts I to III), 1 and against the Millers individually for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud (Counts IV and V).
