MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendants Bayshores Funding Corporation, Russell Kuhlmann 1 , Christina Kim and Shelly Yi (the “Removing Defendants”) have moved to dismiss this case for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), or to transfer the case to California under 28 U.S.C. § 1404. 2 Because the Court finds that the Removing Defendants’ argument that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over them has merit, in the interests of justice, the Court sua sponte transfers venue of this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406, to the Central District of…
