This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Doc. 4) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447. Plaintiffs initially filed this action in the Court of Common Pleas of Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, and Defendant removed to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1441 and 1446. The pertinent events concern a dispute over land used by a railroad company and century-old restrictive covenants allegedly governing the use of this land.
