Defendant below, Monongahela Valley Traction Company, prosecutes error to a judgment rendered November 8th, 1926, against it for $4,500.00, in favor of plaintiff, Wanda Malone, for personal injuries received by her while alighting from defendant’s traction car operated on its street railway.
