MEMORANDUM

AUBREY E. ROBINSON, Jr., District Judge.

This is an action in which plaintiff, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, challenges his non-selection for promotion, in both temporary and permanent grades, by Army promotion boards which considered plaintiff for advancement in the period from 1968 to 1975, and seeks reconsideration of those promotion decisions.
