This appeal, by way of certiorari, 1 is taken from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, entered January 13, 1984, which denied the claims of the petitioners, Leslie H. Gordon, George S. Belch-er and other similarly-situated employees of Ensign Electric Division, Harvey Hub-bell, Inc. (hereinafter Ensign), for unemployment compensation benefits.
