LUM, CJ.

These cases are appeals from a conviction for prostitution by Defendant Tookes, and for illegal massage and prostitution by Defendant Tarkington. Both women allege that the conduct of the police agent who was a party to the sexual encounters which led to their convictions denied them due process of law. In addition, Defendant Tarkington asserts the police operation constituted entrapment as a matter of law.
