Action for $52,500.00 damages for personal injuries and property damages. Defendant had a counterclaim for $7500.00 for his injuries and property damage. The jury found for defendant on plaintiff’s claim and for plaintiff on defendant’s counterclaim. The court sustained plaintiffs’ motion for new trial and defendant has appealed from the order granting a new trial, and from the judgment against him on his counterclaim.
