The Court has received notice, both from individual class members and also from the Claims Administrator, of a recurring problem regarding the calculation, award, and payment of contingent attorney fees to individual attorneys for certain plaintiff class members in this case. Because this problem is not uncommon, and because it raises ethical concerns, the Court issues this Order. For the reasons explained below, the Claims Administrator and all counsel for plaintiffs in this case are hereby ORDERED to comply with the following directives. 1
