MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VAN BEBBER, Chief Judge.

In this action the United States of America, on behalf of the Small Business Administration, seeks judgment against defendants on the basis of their personal guaranties of a loan extended by Country Hill Bank to defendants’ business, HHC No. 1, Inc. d/b/a El Poco Loco. Defendant Michael D. Healy has filed a third-party complaint against Country Hill Bank n/k/a Premier Bank and cross claims against defendants Scott F. Harder and Warren G. Craig, Jr.
