OPINION OF THE COURT

ADAMKEWICZ, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial with officer and enlisted members. Consistent with his pleas, he was convicted of operating a vehicle while drunk, in violation of Article 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 911 [hereinafter UCMJ]. He pleaded and was found not guilty of aggravated assault and making a *731false statement under oath, in violation of Articles 128 and 134, respectively.
