Plaintiffs in error, plaintiffs below, instituted in the district court of Logan county, suit upon a promissory note given by Jas. Sanders to them and caused garnishment to be served on Elizabeth Shelton, as administratrix of the estate of Samuel Sanders, deceased. The garnishee answered to the effect that Jas. Sanders was an heir of Samuel Sanders, and that there was money on hand belonging to the estate. Sadie B.
