MEMORANDUM OPINION
JUDITH K. FITZGERALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court are two matters brought by Connie Overton, the former wife of the Debtor. Ms. Overton seeks relief from stay so that she can pursue defaults in what she categorizes as “spousal maintenance” and requests a determination that the Debtor’s obligation to her is nondischargeable.
The testimony of the Debtor established that the parties were married in the early months of 1984 and had no children. Ms. Overton left the marital residence for a vacation in October, 1988, returned in December, 1988, for some personal items, and…
