¶ 1 Appellant Chad Allen Sasse appeals the judgment of sentence entered on December 8, 2005, in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, following his conviction for third-degree murder and related offenses. Upon review, we affirm.

¶2 The relevant facts and procedural history of this case are as follows: On the evening of December 23, 2004, Appellant met with his ex-wife, Ruby Matthews, in the parking lot of a business located in Middlesex Township, Butler County, to effect a custody change of their child.
