This is appellant’s direct appeal from the February 12, 2007 sentence of death imposed following his trial by jury before the Honorable Gerald R. Solomon of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County. The issues raised by appellant lack *623merit; therefore, we affirm the conviction and judgment of sentence.1
