OPINION

ADELE HEDGES, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Tri M. Pham, appeals from his felony conviction for delivery of a con trolled substance, namely methamphetamine. In three related issues, appellant contends that the trial court violated his constitutional and statutory rights under the federal and state constitutions and article 38.28 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure by admitting evidence seized from a co-defendant’s vehicle. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
