MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

SPATT, District Judge.

This case arises out of the arrest and detention of plaintiff Wesley Martin on January 16, 2006 for alleged grand larceny. Martin brings this suit against Nassau County; the Nassau County Police Detective who arrested him, Charles De-Caro; six administrators of the Nassau County Police Department; and Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice. Martin seeks damages pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3) for violation of his various constitutional rights, and also asserts state law claims for false arrest, malicious prosecution, and…
