MEMORANDUM OPINION
BENJAMIN E. FRANKLIN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came on for hearing on January 6, 1981, on the objection of the debtor, Mid-West Metal Products, Inc., to proof of claim # 201 of Walter Simpson. Mid-West Metal Products, Inc., was represented by John F. Michaels of the firm of Ryder, Rose & Frensley (G. F. Butler, local counsel). Walter Simpson was represented by Stephen B.
