MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FITZWATER, District Judge.

Plaintiffs move to vacate an arbitration award based on allegations of evident partiality and arbitrator misconduct. For the reasons that follow, the court denies the motion.

Plaintiffs Arnold and Maureen Weber, The Weber Family Trust, Adam Joseph Weber Trust, Nicholas Arman Weber Trust, and Zachary M.
