PFAELZER, District Judge.
On April 21, 1997, Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction came before the Court for hearing. Jeffrey N. Mausner of Berman, Blanchard, Mausner & Resser appeared for Plaintiff; Michael D. Harris of Oppenheimer Poms Smith appeared for Defendant. After considering the papers filed by the parties and the arguments presented at the hearing, the Court grants Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction and makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law:
