“This is an appeal by Beeson H. Brown, Henry R. Smith, Gertrude Duncan and George L. Duncan from a decree of the circuit court of Harrison County, entered February 2, 1903, sustaining a demurrer to the bill of review filed, by leave of the circuit court, to review, upon the ground of newly discovered evidence, the decree of the Appellate Court entered on March 29, 1902, .revising a decree of said circuit court in the-cause of Cordelia Nutter against Beeson H.
