KONENKAMP, Justice.

[¶ 1.] Auto-Owners Insurance Company appeals a declaratory ruling that its “Bu-sinessowners Policy” covered damages to a vacant commercial building owned by Hansen Housing, Inc. We uphold coverage for most but not all the claimed losses. Affirmed in part and reversed in part.

Facts
