A hearing was held on April 25, 2005 on DirecTV’s Complaint alleging non-dis-chargeability under § 523(a)(4) and § 523(a)(6) for Defendant’s alleged satellite signal piracy. At the conclusion of Plaintiffs presentation of its case, Defendant failed to present any witnesses or exhibits. In closing argument, Defendant acknowledged that Plaintiff had met its burden of proof as to Defendant’s liability for damages under the various federal acts and under the theory of conversion.
