Reversing.

Alleging that Glenn owed him $597.50 on two contracts for drilling oil wells for. him, appellee Hollingsworth commenced this action in the Allen circuit court against Glenn, individually, to recover that sum and for a general order of attachment against the property of *393Glenn, on the ground that he was insolvent and that the collection of the demand would be endangered by delay in obtaining judgment and return of no property found. A month or so later the plaintiff amended his petition by making the Irene Oil & Gas Company a party…
