These consolidated appeals 1 arise out of the merger between Delta Air Lines, Inc., and Northeast Airlines, Inc. approved by the Civil Aeronautics Board 24 April 1972. 2 Before us are appeals from dismissals by the District Court of actions raising various challenges to that order.
