[¶ 1] Laurie Smith and Prudential Akers Real Estate appeal from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Knox County, Alexander, J.) in favor of Alexandra Cannell, Jaret & Cohn, Inc., and William and Lois Cross, and the denial of a competing motion for partial summary judgment by Smith and Prudential Akers.
