Before the Court is the Defendant’s Supplemental Motion to Suppress Evidence Obtained as a Result of an Unlawful Search and Seizure with Accompanying Citation of Authority (Document No. 83) filed on April 11, 2008. This motion was filed by the Defendant’s current counsel, Adam Cogan, Esquire who was appointed by the Court on October 31, 2007. See Document No. 70.
