JOHN, Judge.

Plaintiff Falk Integrated Technologies, Inc., d/b/a SSA Southeast appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant. Plaintiff also contends the court erred by denying plaintiffs “Motion to Reconsider, or in the Alternative, for a New Trial or for Relief from Judgment.” We reverse the trial court.
